TCG’s system is the only system on the market that allows 100% automation of formulary medications through the ATP and 100% verification of tray medications through the exclusive and patented Universal Lighted Tray. The ATP system facilitates both unit and multi-dose packaging by easily switching out the lower packaging unit which reduces downtime and provides on-site redundancy. The ATP series adjusts to accommodate from 128, 192, 256, 320, and 384 canister medications.

In order to ensure up-time, an optional fill-to-light external tray is available to work in tandem with the ATP system. The ULT allows technicians and pharmacists to fill the tray slots and check-to-light. Our unique Lighted Universal Tray system facilitates accurate filling of exceptions or non-formulary medications by directing the technician to fill a tray of the medication by light. The system is driven by a lighted docking station so that trays can be filled and checked with accuracy without stopping production of the ATP Device. The ATP software utilizes a simulated tray display on the monitor screen, allowing the pharmacist and technician to use the display as a reference to expedite the filling and checking of trays more efficiently.
