Most of the issues that a pharmacy may encounter after implementation, can be resolved via remote support from TCGRx personnel, usually with assistance from the on-site pharmacist or support personnel. Our staff is uniquely positioned to respond, assess, and provide timely solutions. The TCGRx support team is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, to resolve any issues you may be encountering. We understand the urgency of support your pharmacy needs and we respond to each issue accordingly.

TCGRx Support Team

Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If your equipment is completely inoperable, we will escalate the ticket to get you up and running as quickly as possible. TCGRx has the ability to log into your system remotely to help diagnose and resolve the issue you are experiencing. Many times it can be as simple as a setting that does not require an on-site visit from a technician, or we can immediately determine if there is a hardware problem that will require additional support.

Technician Support

If phone support staff cannot resolve the issue, we will escalate to the next level of support, and send a technician to your pharmacy. We have an internal support staff available to answer and help you with any questions you have, as well as 80 dispatching offices with trained support technicians to service you nationwide. TCGRx makes its best effort to have a technician on site within 24 hours, depending on the location of your pharmacy. The TCGRx support team remains in contact with you, until issue you are experiencing has been resolved and your equipment is back up and running.
