'Go Live' is the phrase that TCGRx uses when referring to a site that is ready to begin using the automation in a live environment. Go Live takes place once the hardware has been installed on-site, the software is connected to the hardware and is interfaced successfully with the Pharmacy Information System (PhIS), training has been completed by the pharmacy staff, and is ready to be used.

Our team members request that all users complete online training through our training portal prior to the team arriving on-site to install, then completes live training with an Implementation Specialist. The Implementation team will remain at your pharmacy for several days while your team begins the new workflow of using the equipment to answer any questions that were not discussed during training. depending on the automation purchased, the TCGRx team could remain at your pharmacy for up to a week to ensure a smooth transition to the new workflow.
